Parahat 7/2 Residential Complex

On 11 April 2019 the President of Turkmenistan issued Resolution No. 1203, “On Building Modern Residential Houses and a Park in the City of Ashgabat.” Under this decree, our private enterprise is constructing two nine‑storey buildings with 54 apartments each and four nine‑storey buildings with 36 apartments each in the Parahat‑7 residential complex of Ashgabat. The new homes incorporate every convenience for residents: high ceilings, spacious and well‑finished bright rooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a balcony will provide excellent living conditions for the future occupants.
