Technology Building

On 18 April 2016 the Mayor of Ashgabat issued Resolution No. 1186, “On the Construction of the ‘Technologies’ Monument and Landscaping Works at the Köşi Avenue Roundabout in the Köşi Residential Complex of Ashgabat”. Under this decree the monument was built by our private enterprise. The “Technologies” Monument stands in the north‑western part of Ashgabat, at the traffic circle where Köşi Avenue meets the carriageway of Magtymguly Avenue on its eastern side. The structure has a diameter of 17 metres and is surrounded by a ring‑road, a decorative curb, lighting installations, and landscape features. At its summit sits a symbol representing the advanced state of modern technology. This monument vividly demonstrates that, in the era of prosperity and revival under the esteemed President’s leadership, our capital continues its confident stride toward becoming one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
